i have strength training and i get refrences like Clean and jerk, Hang Clean, Deadlifts, etc. What make then strength excercises, does benching take strength also squating?
Clean and jerk and snatch are Olympic movements which are for power development. Deadlifts, squats, and benching are for strength development. But, its not that cut and dry. The Olympic movements will build some strength and the strength movements will help develop power. We could spend all day discussing this topic. Instead of asking such a broad question try to restructure it into a question that is more valuable to this forum.
