i lift hard 5 days a week. i recently trained real hard over the summer and lost 30 pounds. i ran alot and lifted alot every day. istill run and lift all the time.i also take creatine, aminoacids,multivitamins,and fat burners.i'm concerned lately my cravings for sugar and alcohol have been really high. I'm worried about it. does anyone know why or maybe have a solution.

Because you run and weight train, your body uses up more fuel...therefore, the cravings for sugar. Instead of sugar, you should consume healthier foods (i.e. foods rich in protein and carbohydrates) more often (every 3 hours or so). Cut out the fat burner if you continue to run (you don't need both). And the obvious part, cut out the alcohol! Alcohol increases your cravings for food. Also, it will counteract the effects of creatine as water is not being used properly.
