hey guys... i am in a dilema.. my current school schedule makes it almost impossible for me to diet right. eat breakfast around 6:30 am then my lunch period is at 1:20...I cannot go without food for this long!! I also have soccer in the afternoon so this kills my energy level.. I am having trouble losing fat even though i run everyday playing soccer i have not seen any improvement within the past month ..help
