A literal pain in the neck. I don't know what I did, or even remember doing it... But sometime during my workout last night I strained my neck. I could feel it getting sore towards the end of the workout and thought it would pass.
A night of tossing and turning proved me wrong. Everytime I rolled over in my sleep I would wake up from a neck cramp. The next morning I had a bad case of the stiff and sore neck.
Anyways, does anyone know any home remedies for this? Its not blindingly painful or anything, but its going to prevent me from getting to the gym tonight (and maybe tomorrow). I was thinking an anti-inflammatory might work.

- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

-------------- It's not what we eat or drink occasionally, but what we consume on a daily basis that determines our ongoing level o health.

Same thing happened to me after doing heavy shrugs. I couldn't move my neck for about 3 days. I believe I used a lot of Ben Gay to help.
