I am 5'10 and weigh about 155lbs am i overweight. i would like to get to about 140lbs is that a healthy weight so someone my height???

5 10 155 i would say is a fine weight

sexygrl911, I would suggest you take a fitness test where they can get an acurate measurement of your body mass index. In my case if I enter my weight and height on the BMI calculators found on most websites it show I have over 29% body fat but when I was tested the acutal number was 23%. I would have to say for your height that you are not overweight so don't get too caught up on what the scale reads.
