I have been eating healthy about 1400 calories a day for 6 months now. I added working out 3-4 days a week about 2 months ago. I do a brisk walk of 3.5 miles/hour for 30 minutes and also do rowing machine about 20 minutes. I do weights alternating muscle groups for about 30 minutes. Once a week I go to Zumba Fitness Dance for 45 minutes. I have lost a total of 75 pounds and currently weigh 303lbs. The past 2 weeks however I have been at a standstill with no change on the scale. I am becoming very frustrated.PLEASE HELP!!!
