I am going to loose some weight, tips would be helpful. Heres what I know/ want:

Dont eat 2 hrs before bed
run in the morning
it takes time
i dont want to be a body builder i just want to be in shape
I am 40 lbs more than i would like to be

Any tips, excersizes, meal plans, or experiance would be greatly appreciated.
