:big_smile:Hello all:big_smile:.... My name is Darla and i just join Free Trainers. What i am doing to using the Cuvres Diet and working out at home. So far i am down 8 pounds in 3 weeks.(:big_smile:which is great - every pound lost is wonderful). Good Luck with the home workout. It was very hard for me at first, but is getting alot easier. What is the curves diet. I have been doing SB and lost 30 since August. I have a curves near me, my husband encourages me to go, but I always figure why spend the money for something I can do at home. I am like you. I started at 252 lbs. and now am 221. I hope to be under 200 before my 40th in June.
