Vegetarian diet to build muscle???

Hello Everybody...am a newbie here......am a vegetarian....want to build muscle...with veg diet.......what all should I eat.....please help me

No different than a meat eater. As veg-head will need to make a stronger effort at making sure that you are getting enough protein. A shake of some sort will definitly help that.

Also, be careful of your carb intake. I have know a few people that went vegetarian and got fat because the ate entirely too much pasta, rice, potatoes and other super carb rich foods.

Definetly look into a protein shake but also eat dairy products, such as milk, cottage cheese, etc. more often.
