Vegetarian diet - 12-1500 calories

Hello all,
Can anyone recommend a 1200-1500 calorie diet for vegetarians (no eggs but milk and cheese is okay)? Goal is to lose 15-20 pounds in about 3 months. Not sure if this is a reasonable goal. thoughts? Any advice on how to achieve this goal will be greatly appreciated.
