Gosh, I've been so busy with school that I haven't been here for weeks. I haven't forgotten you guys. Here's what's happening. I've switched from elliptical to stairmaster, and the fat is falling off. I hope to be at 12% by my birthday in june. Other than that, I'm looking lean, my size 2 jeans are too big. (Mighty Mouse?) I'm planning to do a fitness competition in the fall. Things are going so well, and I'm really pleased with the results. Case in point- a cute guy followed me around a bar for hours, and he finally asked me---where I worked out! I also seem to keep running into exes that have gotten fat, my abs and I just keep walking! I'm hoping to be here a little more, I missed you guys.

Oops, I forgot to mention that I start my YMCA/AFLCA course Thursday. I'll be a fully certified trainer by July! AFLCA is a Canadian program for (everyone from different places). I'm planning to also do ISSA once I have the money. I'm so excited about finally doing this.
