Hi,
I've got a problem that's seriously bugging me and I hope you guys here can help.
I'm a female, 20s and my right butt is (a lot) larger than my left. I've continued working out as usual hoping it would even out but instead its even more defined than ever (presumably as the one is far more toned). Pls help! this has gone long enough that its beyond funny.
I've tried to do everything equally and i dont particularly use one side of my body more, so what's up?

Have you tried working one side harder than the other? For example instead of doing an exercise with both legs use the side that has the side that you want to work on.

Hope that helps.

I have one thigh larger than the other, and I asked the same question about a week ago...the advice given was to do exercises that work one cheek at a time...if you do, for instance, a leg press on the machine, the stronger leg will compensate, working harder than the smaller. They suggested to work out the smaller side first, and then do the larger side, using the same weight and the same number of reps. If you want to read the post, I believe I titled it "right side larger than the left" or "one side larger than the other". Hope this helps! And, out of curiosity - is your profile filled out? Mine is, but it shows on my posts that it isn't, and I wonder if that is a common problem. Thanks!
