Recently I have been getting this twitching in my left tricep. It doesn't happen all day, only certain random times. It just twitches and feels weird. Anybody know about this and why it is happening? It doesn't bother or twitch whenever it's flexed or when I'm working out either.
Muscle fasciculations are quite common and in the majority of cases benign. They can be caused by stress, anxiety, not enough rest, exercise and a whole host of other little things.
Some diseases can cause them such as ALS and Parkinsons but I wouldn't board that ship just yet LOL! As I said the VAST majority of times it is just a minor nuisance.
