With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am new to the program, just started last week. I printed my Thursday exercise plan on Monday 1-17-05. Tonight after doing the plan as printed I went in to log my results and I have an entirely new plan. I mean none of the exercises are the same. How can this happen? How do I log my results for what I did when that does not match whats there now? Any suggestions?:surprised:
