Does anyone already have a workout plan using a total gym and treadmill? I also have a ball an ab roller and a wii...thanks!

hey mate I’m from india I’m overweight I
just join gym I do 20 minutes run on
treadmill .then I start lifting weight .plz
tell me is my routine is good to lose 30

I’m confuse every one in the gym told
me lift light weight and do more cardio

        I am samara. I weigh 152. I feel so embarresses when people laugh at me. sometimes i use to stay at home. then one day my friend suggest me for gym. But  after sometime i left gym due to some reasons. then i thought i should buy a exercise bike so i can use bike at any time. and one day i surfing internet and i came across these links http://www.conwaydailysun.com/, http://www.recumbentbikesforyou.com/ and http://www.mensfitness.com/ where i found many positve reviews of ther people . and then i bought one exercise bike. and i use daily . after 4 months i lost 32 pounds. now am so happy because i am  looking better now. i am still using exercise bike and my target weight  is 112. and i will acheive very soon ..
