With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I recently took a very long fitness hiatus because my life was becoming a little too hectic to keep up with...But now I can't seem to get back wit the program!! I can already tell I'm gaining weight because I eat like a teenager..I mean hell, I am a teenager..so I cannot afford not to counteract it...Please I need advice on how to get my butt back to the gym! I am seriously lacking motivation. Thanks!:love:
You should just try to get back into training slowly. Don't start out to fast. Bodybuilding.com has lots of motivational articles that really helped me get into training.
