Does anyone have any opinions of this workout routine? I might give it a try for a few weeks...

greenguy90 I would have to say it seems to be ok,but I think that a program from this site will help you better. You can keep trake of your progress and your not always doing the same exercise every week. Ya you repeat exercise through out your program, but the way it is put together you will make weight gains every time you do the exercise. Keep us up to date.
