i have been cheating all this week, i feel fantastic. ir is really a change. i am thinknig on going for a run on treadmill and do some abs but i am not sure. should i or just wait ´til monday? and do you think one week is enough?

do abs exercises....crunches, twists, leg raises, etc...do like 10 sets...then go for a light run/jog

If it is a week off then so be it. No exercise and stay focused on the diet. Rest is rest! Our abs work all the time even when we don't train them.

If you can dream it, if you can imagine it, then you can be it, you can do it. If it is meaningful enough, and you commit the energy of your passion, you will.
