I want to have that beach body you no the one that everyone talks about i want i will become the best i can be stronger physicaly and mentaly just need motivation to keep doing it or is it more beleve in myself new job new body better health and a better life style so come on guys lets get motivated and have better living. by the way the name is steve age 35 born in new zealand. palmerston north and builder and baker by trade
