Does any one know the best supplements for getting lean or building lots of body mass without body fat? Thanx!!!

Hey Kev,

I've worked for GNC for half a year and I would honestly suggest a good protein base and a multi-vitamin first. If there is a GNC around, I would honestly think that you should invest in the GNC multi-vitamin if not the EAS one this site is suggesting. As for proteins, I think the Prolab whey isolate is good. The reason why it's good is because it's ionized so it works faster in your body. Another good choice is the one they mention in this site, designer protein. There is no ONE good protein, you just have to find one that gives you good protein per sertving so you are not wasting your money too quickly. And as for creatine, choose something liquid as it works in your system faster. Hope this helps.

multi-vitamin, vitamin C...creatine and glutamine
& meal replacements whould probably do the job.
