When should i start takin supplements im 12 now and whats the proper age to start cuz i want to start as soon as i can so whats the proper age cuz i wanna know how much longer i have to lift without help my parents alos need to know what the proper age is so if u could tell me i would be soooo happy

how long have you been training? i would say that at your age i would only go with a protein shake post workout.. protein shakes are the same as regular protein, except fast absorbing, and they will be most efficient right after a workout. stay clear of other things until you are at least 16-18, especially creatine. focus on a clean diet (no junk food, pop, candy, etc. which can be tempting) and a sound workout regimen, and you should be good to go! :big_smile:

YEP, JUST AS HE SAYS.
Dont take anything else besides protein shakes.
Although you are still very young, dont expect a lot from you and ypur workout: you still have to let your hormones to "express" themself, which will soon come.
Eat really good and if i can give you an advice, start, from now, to make the proper form of movements before you go to the next level.
