before you start your workout, warm up your entire body by doing some light cycling, treadmill, etc. Then, stretch out the muscle groups that you will be working on for that day. In between sets, continue to stretch the targeted muscle group. It would be too hard to explain each stretch here. Maybe browse the ft site for certain stretches. Don't know if this helps, but good luck anyway!

If you warm up good before you start your exercise, you really shouldn't need to stretch much in between sets. If I am really sore, I will kinda just do something easy, like shoulders rolls or neck rotations (something to that effect if I am really hurting). I only rest for 1 min between sets so I don't feel the need to stretch, however I will give them a good stretch once I am totally finished with my workout.

Thanks ! I know detailing all the stretching here is too tedious. Do you know where it is mentioned on the website here ?

Please use your search button and type "flexability." Yes, it is mispelled...but a member posted some very good exercises a while back.

Good luck!
