I work out costantly and feel bad for people when they walk near me and they smell bad. Although I don't think that I do, is there any way to tell if I smell bad when I'm at the gym or is it something that you can't really tell. I shower twice a day and put on deoderant right before I work out, is it possible? And if so, how can you combat BO when you're working out?

If you notice other people stink, you should be able to pick up your own bo...if you can't detect any, then that is a good sign. I get wiffs of stank people all the time, and I know I don't stink. You seem to have all your bases covered when it comes to combatting BO...I assume that you do plenty of laundry, or do you prefer the bigandrew method??

I'm assuming the bigandrew method is wearing shirts twice before doing laundry? It's definitely one wash per wear for me. Sometimes I think I catch a whiff but I'm not sure, guess I'm being paranoid about it and maybe thinking I smell something when I don't. I don't know, I wish there were a surefire way to know, like something u can use to test worn shirts. I just know I don't want to be this one dude who works out in my gym and causes me to literally have to move where I'm working out, freakin embarassing.

The bigandrew method is not washing his socks so people will stay out of his corner of the gym. The surefire way to know is to ask somebody that will give you an honest answer.

I hear you. And by the way, that's one hell of a method, ballsy but nonetheless, brilliant.
