Foolks, I will beggin my workout routine today,. I am glad for having found this site, no other  was that easy or clear to use and make my personal workout routine. HOPE YOU CAN SHARE WHAT YOU ARE LIVING, SO WE CAN SUPPPORT EACH OTHER ON THIS ROUTINE. I MUST LOOSE 20 KG.

Hi! I will be very interested to see what you keep posting as I need to lose 20kg but I've not done this stuff before so I'm not sure where to start with food or even exercise? If you can help that would be great :)

im 22 and 10 stne i need to get back to 9 stone struggling with a routine i am doing the 30 day squat challenge at the min , brazilian bum workout and abs are good to try ,, skipping and hula hooping works on tummy...
i am gonna start eating aspargus green veg and samon as protein and water only see if i loose any haa
