I was recenlty on stallones website and he posted his workout program..
MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY
Morning: Chest, back, abs
Afternoon: Shoulders, arms, abs
TUESDAY/THURSDAY/SATURDAY
Morning: Calves, thighs
Afternoon: Rear delts, traps, abs
Wouldnt this be overtraining??
Im starting to think he was on steroids while making his earlier films.
