I love soup! I would have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I could.
What types are the best options for those who love to eat healthy - that you order in restaurants?
I love to make my own at home, usually packed with broccoli. But in restaurants (we go there often - 3x a week or more) I obviously have a harder time choosing.
I usually order clam chowder as my meal(cup 300mL size apprx). What types are best? Creamy ones fill me up fast.

soups are a great sources for vitamins/minerals....and fiber...however stay clear of store boughkinds b/c they tend to have extremely high sodium levels....as well as fat...just cook a soup yourself either in animal stock like chicken or beef or just do a stock out of vegetables...look for recipes on this site under recipes and nutrition or google it...it is much healthier this way ...
