I have always had them. I can't think of a time when they didn't feel squishy when I squeezed them. I've noticed that all my work-out buddies, and even the ones that don't work out have rock hard biceps.

None of my other muscles are like this, just my bicep. Is there any reason for this beyond genetics?

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
