Hello. I'm Dani from Southern Indiana, USA. I am 35 and unable to go to any kind of doctor. I have too much stress in my life and I've decided that now is a good time to be healthy. I was doing ok on my own, figuring out how to lose weight and I lost about 55 pounds. But now I seem to be stuck. The same ten pounds I've bounce around a few months now. I'm not good at counting my calories. I've tried and believe I ate more. I look at exercise, make great plans, and never follow through with them. I need some support or motivation or someithing. I'm still about 50 pounds from my first goal. I've joined. I set up some workouts. Let's hope I follow through this time.
