I was pondering whether or not to get a slant board. I want to get nice abs and a smaller waist. Whats the best machine for that?

You can hold a weight on your chest for crunches, dumbell between your feet for leglifts and if you have access to a cable pulldown machine, cable crunches are da bom. Don't forget your core. From your profile, squats and deadlifts will meet many of your desires.
