I just started my home training excercise program last monday. I worked out on monday and Wednesday, but on Friday i had a Birthday party so i didn't exercise. On Saturday i got sick and I didn't do my ab workout. Now it's monday and i'm getting better, but i haven't worked out since last Wednesday. Should i just wait until i completely recover from sickness to continue with my exercise plan or what?
