With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I eat 5-6 meals per day, actually it is 3 smaller meals and 2 or 3 snacks spaced in between. Should I still eat my snacks between meals even if I am not hungry? If I don't then I would fall short on my daily calories but sometimes I am not hungy and don't know if I should still eat the snacks or not. The way it is now if I eat the snacks I eat something every 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
Thats exactly how you should be eating. You should never "feel" hungry. That way you are keeping the system steady.
