Does anyone in here know anything about the Shapeworks Diet or Herbalife Products? Do they get results?

Herbalife has been getting a fair bit of exposure down here in Australia at big sporting events and stuff lately, so I decided to have a look at the products. So far what I've seen is pretty good and the diet makes a lot of sense (being overseen by Doctors and a Nobel prize winner is reassuring), but I've only seen their promotional stuff.

Is there anyone here who has used the products or knows anyone who has? I would like to hear from a real person before I go on the program!
