We sure can help! The very best advice we can give you is to study hard, maintain a good diet, and get plenty of rest.

Nobody here is going to write your paper for you. Please consult your textbook and feel free to avail yourself of a dictionary for that pesky "medical mumbo jumbo."

Of course when your paper is done, we'll be delighted to critique it for you. Good luck!

One book you might want to get into is

"Fit & Well" This has core concepts and labs in Physical Fitness and well being.

By Comes with a cd rom and workbook by Paul M. Insel & WaltonT Roth.
This will help you understand the mumbo jumbo.
Good luck.

cbas1,

Don't be so discouraging :). It is not a good idea to advise someone to "slack", but instead to have a voice. She should always put her best foot forward. If they begin expecting too much out of her, she can then speak with her teacher. The teacher will listen and understand since they are much older and experienced.

SalzGal,

You are doing the right thing. Follow Anni and Ivan's advice. Always put your best foot forward (give your best effort). I'm sure you already do that and will do fine. :)

Not a problem cbas1. No one's perfect. Sorry I misunderstood you :). I try to understand as best as I can, but unfortunately fore-sight is not 20/20 like hind-sight. :) Thanks for clearing it up!
