So, i'm 29 in a couple weeks and In the last two years I've had two babies. (Three total). I used to be a professional dancer and now that my youngest is 8 months old and I'm still 40lbs overweight I'm feeling stuck in a body that's not mine. Now i'm Homemaker, Stay at home Mom of 2, and professional artist. I've started excercising when I can find the time (usually nap time) but the slow progress has me a bit frustrated.
I'm hoping that by following this workout plan and connecting with the community here I can get myself back on track and feeling good about my body again.
