Anyone know if mini bands are good for this exercise or do you need stronger ones?

Ya I sort of figured that. Hey Gatormade I was reading a article by Louie Simmons and he was talkin about extra workouts. For bench pressing he was saying 72 hours in between speed and max effort days. So lets say sun is dynamic day and wed is max effort day. That leaves mon and tues for a extra workout. What day would you think is better to do the workout on? They are very close to max effort day dont you think? And I know the workouts should only be 15-30 minutes long which is reasonable.

I do the extra upper body workouts on Thursday because;
1) Monday is too close to my max effort day and
2) Monday is my Max effort Leg day.

So you basically do it after your max effort bench day.
That wouldn't be overtraining would it? Cause I know he says to do some dumbbell presses for high reps and extensions. He also says in a atricle to do 4 sets of dumbbell presses to failure. Rotate from flat,incline,decline and seated press. Does he mean do 4 sets of every exercise or pick one and rotate from week to week?
