I know this has been brought up before, I'm going to be going on vacation in the summer and I still wanted to be able to get in a light workout to keep pu on things while vacationing. I've found the bands I want from bodylastics.com, I just don't know which ones to get. I'm not going to be using them seriously or other than when I go on trips and what not. So do I want maxium tension or Basic tension? Thanks

When I looked at the package, the highest tension band included was about 18lb...which isn't much of anything...waste of money IMO...why not get some other...that are at least 50 lb in resistance from some other place?

yeah I'm not looking to spend that kind of money, just need something for a vacation so that I can get in a light workout while being a way from the gym for 2 weeks. I'm probably just gonna go with the cheapies since it won't be something I use a lot. Thanks for the info tho
