sign up for the nutrition programme on here

Recently well since the new year i have really decided to get motivated and get off the extra flab i have left over from current weight loss, i rejoined the gym drank more water and i am trying to cut down on pop and have a healthier lifestyle...I am doing the low carb diet and i am comfortable with that and want to continue but i know to lose fat especially around the middle you hve to have a clean diet....i am 5'10 and around 150, i want to really increase my lean muscle mass and decrease my body fat percentage... how many grams of protein, calories etc do you think will help me achieve the goal...Help i need some fitness guidance thanks

Isn't that to much protein raj? I thought a good idea was .9-1.5 grams per lb of body weight.
