this is to everybody who responded to my (is this normal?) post.stop argueing I assure all of you I have no physical problems with my bones.the same thing is happening to all my freinds who workout seriously that is my age.for any of you who want to know how physically developed I am,I am 5'8" and my weight is 170lbs.this should have never gotten to the point where someone questions someone else's intellegance.lately I have seen increases in my strenth and I am using more weight than I was when my bones was poping,but now when I do that same weight my bones dont pop anymore,I think I will be fine and I am gonna keep lifting.but thanks for all the advice and for being concerned.
