I have a very tight and limited income and recently purchased an Air Conditioner (which is similar to the Tony Little Gazelle) and 3lb free weights. I was wondering how much time should be spent on the Air Conditioner daily and if this piece of equipment and the 31b weights are enough to get started on a regualr exercise program or is there more needed? The first thing I know to start fit is eating healthy. I want to lose at least 25 pounds by the end of summer. I really need some advice on this issue.

what is an air conditioner? The only one I have ever heard of is the kind that cools you down....

I can only explain it as being an eliptical type of exercise equipment, which simulates stair climbing, skiing, and running etc...

I thought that you were just being dumb. I have never heard of an air conditioner except for the one that cools you down of course.
