or deadlifting out of a power rack. What is the best why to do it? Should they be just below your knee or should they be done according to where you are weakest on the deadlift?

I did them, when I did I set it just below my knee. About foot off the ground.


do these actually help in the deadlift?

Yes they really do. Not actually sure how, but I did read it somewhere. Thanks for the help bigandrew I though they where done just below the knee.
