I've got a lot on negatve feedback about using this supp. Is it really that bad? Anyone had any luck? Should i quit using it,like are there any dangers that i should know? So far i havent found any... much appreciated!

Hey snowboarder_76,

what I've heard about Z-Mass is that it speeds muscle recovery, increases muscularity and definition, increases workout capacity, improves sleep, and increases testosterone levels. It contains 20-Hydroxyecdysone, which is capable of accelerating protein synthesis.

I've heard that you DO NOT TAKE with foods or supplements that contain calcium!

What kind of results are you getting?

The only reason i can think that you do not take it with calcium is because the zinc will compete with calcium for absorbsion. As for the results.. i've only been on it for 3 weeks or so but i can definetly tell you that you will notice a great difference in sleep. Men take four pills 30-60 min. before bed. But shit, i seldom last that 60 min. All in all you sleep great! But as far as recovery and muscularity and such i have only been on the mass program for two days, so it is early to tell results. I'll let you know though. Keep me posted as well.
