Hi everyone! I'm new to this program and just had a couple questions! Do these exercises not only help you grow stronger but also lose excess fat around certain areas? And if you choose a certain workout program to join do the exercises progressively get harder or do you have to change levels (ex. beginner to intermediate) in order to get harder workouts? Thanks!

I have a question too, can you add multiple workouts to your calander and if so how?
