I recently got a physical exam and my resting pulse rate was 40 bpm. My body temperature was 94.7 degrees F. These were tested multiple times with diff. equipment. Im 19 yrs old, 210 lbs. Are these low? What could cause them to be so low?

It's not uncommon to have a low pulse rate -- this is common among very fit athletes (long-distance runners and tennis players especially). Are you physically fit?
I've also known some people with low body temperatures...I don't think this is abnormal. What did the physician say when you took your physical exam?

i have a low pulse rate too thats good in most cases. my body temp is slightly lower but not that low! low body temp is an indicator that you should have your thyroid checked out. supplements with diuretics in them can cause a low pulse rate too. didn't the dr. suggest the thyroid test????????

And how was your blood pressure? If too low, your body's organs (heart, brain, etc.) may not be getting enough blood flow. As ltroisi pointed out, there could be something wrong with your thyroid or even possibly your immune system. It doesn't hurt to get rechecked by another doc.
