So, I can do one to two pull up's right now but I have to be able to do at least 2 while wearing a 25# vest.
What program can I use to improve?
Thanks.

dart, you should see progressive gains if you are giving it everything when you hit the gym. Meaning, as time goes by you should be able to do more and more until you hit a plateau. At which point maybe introduce creatine. Take a minute to fill out your profile so people here know who you are and what your gaols are so they can help you better. Best of luck!!

Thanks Mojo. I thought I did my profile but I will check it again.
I would like to speed up the process if possible and was wondering if anyone had any special programs they incorporate to improve their pull up capabilities.
Thanks.

Make sure you do your pull ups at the beginning before fatigue sets in. Each time, you should be able to increase by 1 -3 reps.

When I was training to do them, I usually could only do 3-4 and could not do any more than that. Is there any specific programs I can follow?
I updated my profile as well...thanks for the input.

Maybe try doing more compound back exercises? Strenghten your back overall, that should help out some.
