Im very skinny about 6'1" 145 and I am 15 1/2 years old and I have had puffy nipples since I was like 12 1/2. I am athletic and pretty active as I play golf, basketball, and soccer. They are not really bad but are noticible. I keep thinking that they will go away but it just hasn't happened. I am very embarassed by this and am wondering if there is anything that I can do to get rid of them. Any tips?

Puffy nipples like that are just puberty. That happened to my brother and I. He grew out of them. (he's almost 18), However I haven't.. yet. There's actually a medical term that its called.. I'd have to look for it. When that happened to me I was extremely embarassed so I asked my doctor and he gave me all these resources.. but ever since I started lifting bench press has sort of build my chest up and so it's not as noticable. I'm not sure of what else you can do, but it will go away in time. (Youve probably already heard that).

i had puffy nips during puberty and they didn't really die down till i was about 19 years old. now i have the flatest nipples ever,so my suggestion to you is while you are still so young- keep exercise throughout yourlife and good food habits too, don't worry about increase to your fat weight unduly, but reduce calories a little if you feel you are over weight(fat) and primarily don't worry about your chest as it will go away over the puberty cycle(years- peak is usually 18 to 22 years old). look at how the rest of you is developing? are you unhappy with the shape or size or fitness or energy? i mean do you feel like a pubescent teenager, loads of energy and anger to chanel into training, running, arguements, fighting? if you are running along with the rest in your class at school then you aint got no worries
