I know that bodybuilding is different than powertraining cause of the excercises and so on. What would be a good routine, sets and reps, and what excercises and muscle groups would be grouped together in a workout? I want to start a good routine to build my strength up and I know your not supposed to do as much for each muscle group like bodybuilding. Just need some good advice to get started.
