I lift weights five days a week and i split it so its one muscle groupe a day. so it goes kinda like this
monday-chest
tuesday-legs
wednesday-shoulders/traps
thursday-abs/back
friday- arms
I've been wanting to throw power cleans into one of my routines but i don't know what day to do it on, because whenever i do them it feels like i'm working multiple muscles.

it feels like you're working multiple muscles....is because it's almost a full body exercise...in fact if you do push&press or jerk it will be...lol
You can do them instead of deadlifts on back days once in a while...

I always do power cleans on back days after I do dead lift, I think dead lift is more important of an exercise so I don't want to tire myself before doing it. I usually do power clean + jerk on shoulder day, it's kind of like a military press so it works your shoulders some so that's where I put it. Try it if you want, see how it works.

are you an athlete? Unless your into sports, I don't think this is a good body building lift.
If you do deadlifts, mil, bench, squats, rows and cleans all within 5 days, and only rest 2........your gonna need to take a week off every 6 weeks or so......cause thats alot of muti joint movemnets.
You need a rest day in the middle of your week too.

to rest.....if your an athlete you don't need a "arm" day.......arms are secondary......you don't need big guns to play fotball or b ball.
