Hey whats up.
I started on july 25th doing my own workouts. On august 15th or somewhere around there i started freetrainer. When i started in july i was 6ft3in 274 pounds wearing 42in pants.As of the 23rd of september my weight was 262 and i squeezed into an old pair of 36 jeans last night. They weren't to the point where i would were them yet but the did get buttoned and zipped so that is great. My goal weight is 195-205:)
