About three weeks ago I started a serious portion control,I watch what I eat as far as good foods go,but I also really watch my portions
In the past three weeks I have lost 7lbs and iam sure its from cutting portions.Its the easiest way,I find to cut calories without having to sacrifice some fav foods.
