I am trying to loose weight, I would like to loose 30 lbs. In the past I have been physically active, and worked out regularly, but getting through university made it hard for me to get to the gym. In the past month I have been going to the gym regularly doing both cardio and weight lifting. However, I admit that my diet is not the best. I am a very picky eatter, and by dieting, this is just restricting me from more foods; leaving me wtih little selection for food! I am very motivated to loose the weight, but how can I do this and be a picky eater at the same time?!? HELP!

Like I mentioned in the other thread, go to the specific diet and nutrition forum and check out the "grocery list for healthy eating". Lots of good, healthy, alternative choices across the board.

It would be simpler to just quit being a picky eater if you already know what you NEED to eat.
