I am trying to loose weight, I would like to loose 30 lbs. In the past I have been physically active, and worked out regularly, but getting through university made it hard for me to get to the gym. In the past month I have been going to the gym regularly doing both cardio and weight lifting. However, I admit that my diet is not the best. I am a very picky eatter, and by dieting, this is just restricting me from more foods; leaving me wtih little selection for food! I am very motivated to loose the weight, but how can I do this and be a picky eater at the same time?!? HELP!
